Objective: To analyze oral manifestations in patients with HIV-AIDS: An analysis of signs, symptoms and therapeutic approaches. Method: Descriptive documentary, 16 articles published in PubMed, Scopus were reviewed. Conclusion: Oral manifestations in HIV-AIDS patients are key indicators of immune status, closely related to CD4 cell count. Oral candidiasis, hairy leukoplakia and aphthous ulcers are the most common manifestations, especially in patients with advanced immunosuppression. Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) has proven to be effective in reducing these complications, significantly improving patients' quality of life.
