Abstract

Objective: To analyze the biomaterials used in dentistry. Method: Descriptive documentary. Conclusion: The use of biomaterials in dentistry plays a crucial role in the restoration and maintenance of oral health. From restorative materials and dental implants to regenerative membranes and adhesives, these materials are fundamental to improve the quality of life of patients through effective and durable therapeutic solutions. However, it is essential to continue to research and develop new biomaterials that address persistent challenges and further improve clinical outcomes in modern dental practice.
