Abstract

Objective: To analyse the relationship between the lifestyle of adolescents and their oral health. Method: Descriptive documentary study, working with a population of 15 scientific articles published in PubMed. Conclusion: The relationship between the lifestyle of adolescents and their oral health is undeniable and multifaceted. The prevalence of inadequate dietary habits, poor oral hygiene and the consumption of harmful substances contribute significantly to the occurrence of oral diseases in this population. However, regular physical activity and increased general health awareness may mitigate some of these adverse effects.
