Relación del estilo de vida de adolescentes y su salud oral

Objetivo: Analizar la relación del estilo de vida de adolescentes y su salud oral. Método: Descriptiva documental, se trabajó con una población de 15 artículos científicos publicados en PubMed. Conclusión: La relación entre el estilo de vida de los adolescentes y su salud oral es innegable y multifacética. La prevalencia de hábitos alimenticios inadecuados, higiene oral deficiente y el consumo de sustancias nocivas contribuyen significativamente a la aparición de enfermedades bucales en esta población. Sin embargo, la actividad física regular y una mayor conciencia de la salud general pueden mitigar algunos de estos efectos adversos.
