Impact of academic stress on medical students

Objective: To identify the impact of academic stress, the emotional, physical and social manifestations associated with it in medical students in their second semester of the A and B parallels of Uniandes. Method: Descriptive observational study, the population consisted of 64 medical students in their second semester of the A and B parallel of Uniandes - Ambato. Conclusion: Academic stress is a primary factor in the physical, psychological and academic affection of second semester A and B parallel students, whose problem is caused by the poor management of academic situations carried out in the university career.
