Effects of stress and anxiety on the academic performance of nursing students

Objective: to analyze the effects of stress and anxiety on the academic performance of nursing students. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and conclusion: The ability to work in a team is affected by stress and anxiety, which we can deduce that 37% are in difficulty, 45% are affected sometimes, 18% do not have any trigger. It is proposed to take into account passive psychoeducation is a self-guided intervention, as a strategy to mitigate stress.
