Abstract

Objective: to analyze musculoskeletal symptoms due to occupational stress in workers of the CREDIL savings and credit cooperative. Methods: Descriptive observational. Results: For the dimension shoulder discomfort, the values, x̄ = 1.80, s= ,997; As= 1,774; Cu= 3,418; Md=2.00; Mod=2; Min=1; Max=5; this indicates that shoulder discomfort is less frequent than neck discomfort in workers. Conclusion: The presence of symptoms at the level of the lower back and shoulder with mild and moderate intensity, referring also to the difficulty that these discomforts cause on health in general if corrective measures and timely treatments are not taken, as has been found in this study, despite the presence of symptoms, few workers decide to seek treatment.
