Objective: to analyze the relationship between the quality of life of the occupational accident victim with partial permanent disability. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusion: The workers injured with partial permanent disability in the province of Tungurahua between 2014 and 2021, were mainly adult men between 40 to 49 years old, mostly with completed secondary education; being the main injury presented for disability, amputation with 70% of the general cases. There is a direct and negative relationship in relation to disability domains and quality of life, being the workers with the lowest estimated quality of life those with greater disability related to physical health problems, which makes it difficult for them to perform daily and remunerated activities, as well as being dissatisfied with the available resources, perceived safety, access to leisure and entertainment activities, basic health services to which their access is limited within the environment.
