Abstract

Objective: to determine the prevalence of workplace violence among front-line personnel of district 18D-04 in times of COVID-19 pandemic. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusions: The results of the research allow estimating the marked presence of OV as perceived by health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. That the discrediting of achievements, depersonalization and isolation of workers is practiced more widely. Moreover, that the presence is high and manifests itself in broad work contexts, although the intensity of this is particularly low. Finally, that most of the VL is exercised in a top-down manner between superiors and subordinates and between coworkers themselves.
