Neurolinguistics as a tool to reduce anxiety disorders

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the level of incidence of Neurolinguistics in the reduction of anxiety disorders in the SALC institute in the city of Ambato - Ecuador. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: Between age and anxiety level in the male gender, there is a level of mild anxiety represented with 29.41% and 11.76% with a level of moderate-severe anxiety. Conclusions: Letting anxiety levels be triggered could bring several consequences within the workers of such institute, among them, it can affect the ability to perform certain tasks quickly and efficiently, since it will be difficult to take an adequate level of concentration, it can take time and make the person not to concentrate on other activities, reducing energy and at the same time increasing the risk of suffering depression.
