Assessment of musculoskeletal disorders in health administrative personnel

Objective: To evaluate the ergonomic risk factor triggered by inadequate postures existing in the administrative workers of the General Hospital IESS Latacunga - Ecuador. Method: descriptive observational. Results: the main musculoskeletal symptomatology is presented in the cervical region (neck) with a total of 19, which corresponds to 57.58% Conclusions: As the administrative staff is a fundamental piece for the proper functioning of this health center, it is essential to carry out a surveillance plan that includes them, to perform occupational controls that allow identifying the symptomatology they develop and prevent future complications.
