Abstract

Objective: to evaluate psychosocial factors during the pandemic in technical personnel. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusion: Psychosocial risks have increased with the health crisis that the whole world is going through. In spite of the fact that there are human resources that are not affected, there are personnel who somatize their psychological problems and affections. Due to this, the use and follow-up of an efficient occupational health plan, as well as the reinsertion to normal working conditions, is essential to preserve the physical and mental integrity of each worker.
