Objective: To analyze the oral manifestations of covid-19 infection. Methods: A review was performed in PubMed and Scielo. Results: 15 articles were selected after elimination of incomplete literature and opinion articles. Conclusion: In dental practice the danger of becoming infected with SARS-CoV-2 is very high, due to the proximity of the oral cavity and the nose of the patient. The main manifestations in the oral cavity associated with COVID-19 are: AG and AO alterations, salivary gland disorders, opportunistic infections, vesicular and vascular lesions, among others. According to the review of several articles, they point out that oral tissues are susceptible mainly in the respiratory tract, oral mucosa, tongue and salivary glands.
