Objetivo: Analizar la prevalencia de Mesiodens en infantes. Método: Descriptiva documental. Conclusión: La prevalencia de mesiodens en infantes es un fenómeno significativo que puede tener importantes repercusiones en la salud bucodental y el desarrollo dental a largo plazo. Los hallazgos de diversos estudios subrayan la necesidad de una detección temprana y un manejo adecuado de estos dientes supernumerarios para prevenir complicaciones ortodónticas y estéticas.
