Estrategias para mejorar la autoestima y calidad de vida en estudiantes de enfermería

Resumen

Objetivo: analizar la efectividad de estrategias para mejorar la autoestima y la calidad de vida de los estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad de los Andes en Ambato – Ecuador. Método: descriptiva observacional. Resultados y conclusión: Los hallazgos actuales subrayan la necesidad de dirigir más iniciativas hacia la identificación y superación de barreras para aumentar la calidad de vida de los estudiantes universitarios se recomienda la implementación de programas de intervención psicológica en la formación académica y profesional de los estudiantes de enfermería y otros estudiantes universitarios para mejorar su autoestima y calidad de vida. Es fundamental prestar atención a la salud emocional y mental de los estudiantes, ya que estas variables tienen un impacto significativo en su bienestar y éxito académico.
