Exodoncias de terceros molares en paciente que presenta alergia a analgésicos no esteroideos

Objetivo: analizar el manejo clínico dentro de una cirugía de terceros molares en paciente femenina que presenta alergias a medicamentos antiinflamatorios no esteroides (AINES) identificando la dirección de erupción de terceros molares que presenta la paciente en base a estudios radiográficos. Método: Descriptiva observacional documental. Resultados y conclusión: Se determina que el uso de tramadol de 37.5 mg en conjunto con 125 mg de paracetamol, 3 veces al día durante 3 días, será el tratamiento adecuado para este caso en particular. La combinación de bajas dosis de opioides y AINES tolerados por la paciente, permiten evitar las reacciones adversas y efectos secundarios provocados por los mismos.
