Relación de condiciones de trabajo y fatiga laboral en personal de salud

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre las condiciones de trabajo y la fatiga laboral en el personal de salud del Seguro Social Campesino Bolivar, en Ecuador. Método: Estudio observacional descriptivo. Resultados: El 70% de las mujeres presenta mayor riesgo de fatiga, de las cuales el 28% presenta fatiga moderada y el 7% fatiga excesiva; en cambio del 30% de los hombres, el 7% desarrollan fatiga moderada y el 3% excesiva. Conclusión: Los factores psicosociales que más afectaron al personal de salud, fueron las exigencias laborales y la remuneración del rendimiento, lo cual generó desmotivación y malestar en los mismos, encontrándose como los más afectados las mujeres, en cuanto al género, y los médicos y odontólogos, en cuanto al cargo, fundamentalmente durante la pandemia COVID-19.
