Factores de riesgo psicosociales y autoestima en trabajadores de una unidad educativa ecuatoriana

Objetivo: Determinar la asociación de los factores de riesgo psicosocial que influyen en la autoestima en trabajadores de la Unidad Educativa Santa María Goretti, en el año 2021. Método: De tipo observacional descriptiva. Resultados: Carga y ritmo del trabajo con una significación bilateral valor P = (0,553). Conclusión: Presentaron una autoestima baja que no tiene relación estadísticamente significativa con riesgos psicosociales, demostrando inseguridad en relación con sus habilidades, tanto emocionales como intelectuales lo que podría afectar su desempeño laboral. La autoestima baja en los encuestados puede estar dado por otro factor de riesgo desencadenante ya sea: Crianza, eventos traumáticos, ambiente familiar, dificultades sociales, exclusión social, trastorno emocional o a la vez estar involucrado el tipo de vida que lleven o presenten.
