The general objective of the research was to analyze educational coaching to improve school coexistence. This research was developed from the quantitative paradigm, descriptive and complemented with a documentary-bibliographic design, using the analytical method. A study group of 106 students in the second grade of secondary school in an educational institution in Trujillo was established. The inclusion criteria assumed were the following: Secondary 2nd grade students, students enrolled in the 2024 school year, and the sample, after the respective calculation, consisted of 46 adolescents. It is concluded that coexistence is a central aspect in the formation of students, since it involves not only their academic development, but also their emotional, social and moral growth. Likewise, the educational coaching process becomes a powerful tool to address these aspects in a comprehensive manner.
