An Escape Room was designed for the learning of Cellular Biology in the Biochemistry and Pharmacy course. The methodology used is descriptive. The GAMEX scale was used to obtain data on the gamified experience, after participating in the Escape Room "World War Zelula". The results show positive values, in terms of fun and its relationship with creative thinking, as well as mastery. This causes the participant to have total freedom to explore in first person the challenges proposed in the Escape Room, discovering the way to solve the activities requested through the game, thus building their own knowledge, all this in the context of learning Cell Biology.
