Rehabilitation and family reintegration of persons sentenced for violence against women

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the rehabilitation and family reintegration of those sentenced for violence against women. This research used the quantitative method, which produces descriptive data that originate from data collection. It was supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. In conclusion, rehabilitation with a view to achieving the social reintegration of any person deprived of liberty turns out to be a complex issue to carry out in practice, since it requires not only a legal system that is in line with and prone to the respectful treatment of the rights of these persons in their condition of vulnerability.
