Abstract

Objective: To analyze the consequences caused by cyberbullying in students. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: The majority of respondents corresponding to 74% answered no and 26% answered yes, i.e. most of the students surveyed know someone who is being affected by cyberbullying. Conclusion: Cyberbullying has serious and lasting consequences on the mental, academic and social health of students. The implementation of prevention and intervention strategies is essential to mitigate these effects and promote a safe and healthy school environment. Collaboration between educators, parents, and health professionals is essential to effectively address cyberbullying and support affected students.
