Atención triaje y gestión de calidad del servicio de emergencia. Caso: Hospital Luis Fernando Martínez de Cañar

Objetivo: Analizar la atención Triaje y gestión de calidad del servicio de emergencia en el Hospital Luis Fernando Martínez de Cañar del Ecuador. Método: Descriptiva observacional no experimental. Resultados: La confianza que el usuario tiene al ser atendido en la unidad de emergencia se encuentra en un 48%, todos estos elementos analizados se enfocan en fenómeno de inseguridad con la que la colectividad acude, afectando la credibilidad, confianza y seguridad del hospital. Conclusión: Se evidencia la necesidad urgente de implementar una propuesta de cambio del sistema asistencial de servicio, con la incorporación de aspectos adecuados de información objetiva y redistribución de los servicios dentro de la unidad de emergencia, todo esto enlazado en la propuesta de la gestión de calificación de Manchester.
