Objective: To assess medical students' knowledge of postural problems in medical students. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: 68% of the students surveyed remain static during their day and this causes occasional physical pain and discomfort. Conclusion: Postural problems are prevalent among medical students and can have significant consequences for their health and academic performance. There is a critical need to improve knowledge and awareness of these problems through ergonomic education and implementation of prevention strategies. Integrating these measures into medical curricula can contribute to improving the well-being and efficiency of future health professionals.
