Objective: To compare the quality of the materials used in the production of veneers used in the dental service. Method: Descriptive documentary study, working with a population of 15 scientific articles published in PubMed, Scielo, Latindex. Conclusion: After having carried out a bibliographic comparison between the most commonly used materials for the production of dental veneers, such as zirconium, lithium disilicate and ceromers, it was concluded that the appropriate choice of material will depend on various factors such as aesthetics, cost and the needs of each patient.
