Bioethical analysis of the rights of the fetus

Objective: To analyze the rights of the fetus from a bioethical point of view. Method: A bibliographic review of 15 scientific and bioethical articles was carried out. Conclusion: The human being begins to exist from conception until the day of his death, but many articles do not take into account this fact since it always comes to unveil the rights of women in this case would be of the mother in Ecuador there are several articles in the constitution that are made with the aim of safeguarding the unborn to respect all their rights within society. The importance of taking into account all these existing rights within the constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, as well as in the Human Rights Council is that the unborn child is not rejected by his mother and father and can live in a harmonious environment, without fights, screams, noises.
