Mobbing at work and irritable bowel syndrome in workers

Objective: to analyze labor mobbing and irritable bowel syndrome in workers of the MUNDICELL company. Method: Descriptive observational. Results: According to the results of the analysis, it was observed that the cause that respondents attribute the highest level of stress linked to irritable bowel syndrome is the unfavorable economic situation involved, the need for the job and weak company policies for the regulation of the subject. Conclusions: The workers, where it was found that they have little knowledge of Labor Mobbing and suffer from diseases such as irritable bowel (diarrhea or constipation, flatulence, abdominal pain) and stress or fear.
