Preventive dental care for caries in children

Objective: To analyze preventive dental care for caries in children. Method: Descriptive documentary review of 15 articles located in the PubMed database. Conclusion: There is a direct association between caries prevention and dental care, healthy eating, use of fluorides, parental education on oral health, brushing technique.
