Abstract

Objective: To analyze the family economic support among students who increase the percentage of students who specialize, compared to students who do not have the necessary economic resources to carry out their specialization. Method: Descriptive observational. Results and Conclusion: 63.3% of the respondents said that they would receive financial support from their parents. In addition, 25.6% said they would receive help from a financial institution and another portion said they would work. These findings lead us to believe that parents continue to see it as a duty to provide financial support to their children while they are still in school. It is crucial to emphasize that while all parents provide financial support because they have the ability to do so, this does not preclude others from being willing to help them despite the difficulties involved.
