Abstract

Objective: To analyze the self-perception of stress level in health personnel by covid-19. Method: Descriptive observational. Conclusion: Female personnel at the Type C Health Center of Lasso presented high levels of stress with a frequency of 78.9%. This coincidence may be due to the fact that women occupy the highest number of participations in both cases. In the struggle to defeat Covid-19, health personnel in the first line of care became the first professional at risk of contagion and concern increased due to inadequate working conditions, reduction of personnel due to vulnerability, lack of education and training to act in the face of pandemics, fear of contagion, impotence and frustration.
