Abstract

Objective: To know Still's disease as an autoimmune pathology and its basic elements, through a bibliographic review. Method: a systematic bibliographic review of different search engines and scientific documents in libraries and databases such as SciELO and Elsevier was carried out. Results and conclusions: in several studies the etiology has not been found exactly, genetic research has been attempted, but this has not given exact results. In conclusion, this disease usually appears in the first years of life. Its clinical and laboratory behavior, as well as compliance with the classification criteria of the disease, facilitate its diagnosis, being a broad and complex differential. Still's syndrome continues to be one of the diagnostic and therapeutic medical problems that most seriously affects patients, which is why research is still ongoing today to stop this syndrome.
