Social vulnerability of factors associated with non-adherence to tuberculosis treatment

Abstract

Objective: To describe the social vulnerability of risk factors associated with non-adherence to tuberculosis treatment. Methodology: Documentary type and under a hermeneutic paradigm, the corpus of research was constituted by 146 documents of type scientific articles and whose qualified sample was 38 that met the parameters of inclusion. Conclusion: There is a prevalence of the disease in regions whose economic development corresponds to the low level, although the disease is also present in countries with a medium and high level of economic development, so it is necessary, with a greater investigative proportion the study of the quality of social life of TB patients.
