Resumen

Objetivo: Analizar desde una perspectiva documental la hemorragia subaracnoidea postraumática. Método: Descriptiva documental. Conclusión: Después de una revisión exhaustiva y debido a la poca información, la falta de ensayos clínicos y las diversas limitaciones encontradas en las investigaciones analizadas, coincidimos en que no podemos recomendar que la TC de seguimiento sea dejada de lado, pues no existen datos suficientes que lo justifiquen. Es necesario la investigación en este campo de la neurología, pues la falta de datos supone una limitación en el momento de toma de decisiones tanto en el manejo diagnóstico y terapéutico del paciente, además establece un debate sobre la priorización de pacientes.
