Síndrome de burnout en el personal de salud del seguro social campesino

Objetivo: identificar el síndrome de Burnout en el personal de salud del Seguro Social Campesino Napo en presencia de la pandemia por covid-19 en junio de 2021. Método: Descriptiva observacional. Resultados: El 45% del personal de salud se ubica en un nivel severo sobre la falta de realización personal. El 30% se ubica en un nivel moderado y el 25% dice sentir un nivel leve. Conclusión: Se pudo determinar así que los profesionales de salud del Seguro Social Campesino de Napo presentaron rasgos de afectación moderada en cuanto al burnout. Si bien los índices de severidad no fueron los más frecuentes, se debe considerar que de acuerdo con la metodología aplicada mediante el cuestionario que se realizó lo “normal” y sin riesgo para la salud mental es que esta se ubique en un rango leve, situación que solo obtuvo el 5% de frecuencia de los encuestados y donde predominó el nivel moderado.
