Autopercepción del nivel de estrés en el personal de salud por COVID-19

Objetivo: Analizar la autopercepción del nivel de estrés en el personal de salud por covid-19. Método: Descriptivo observacional. Conclusión: El personal de sexo femenino que se encuentra en el Centro de Salud Tipo C de Lasso, presenta altos niveles de estrés con una frecuencia de 78.9%. Esta coincidencia se puede deber a que las mujeres ocupan el mayor número de participaciones en ambos casos. La lucha por derrotar al Covid-19 el personal de salud en primera línea de atención se convertía en el primer profesional de riesgo al contagio y la preocupación aumentaba debido a las inadecuadas condiciones de trabajo, la reducción de personal por vulnerabilidad, falta de capacitación y entrenamiento para actuar frente a pandemias, el miedo al contagio, impotencia y frustración.
