Abstract

The general objective of the research was to analyze education as a human right and the human right to education. It was developed from a quantitative approach with a descriptive methodology with a non-experimental design, which was supported by documentary and bibliographic analysis. Documents were used for this type of study, the researcher collects, chooses, examines and shows coherent results. A research process was organized in which the study population was based primarily on written documents such as scientific articles and agreements, in order to study them and build conclusions that help in the generation of new knowledge. In conclusion, education as a human right contains the energy to drive the development of peoples to eradicate poverty, improve health and achieve peace; the human right to education is the crystallization of a State duty committed to the universality of rights
