Effective cooperation in crimes against inviolability in life in Ecuador

The right to life is a duty that must be guaranteed by the States and enshrined in the Constitution and international agreements. The present investigation whose main objective was to analyze from the legal point of view effective cooperation in crimes against inviolability of life in Ecuador. This research was developed from a quantitative perspective, descriptive type, complemented by a documentary-bibliographic design. The collected data were examined through content analysis, which allowed to cement a section of results, related to the issue of effective cooperation in crimes against inviolability of life in Ecuador. The results show the increase in criminal acts. It is concluded that the Ecuadorian legislation is not accurate inasmuch as it does not specify throughout the entire article related to Effective Cooperation that it is aimed at combating mafias or organized crime cartels.
