In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that, the treatment of cyber-plagiarism with AI tools in the framework of the theory of the functional domain of the fact should be carried out in the factual and normative analysis of the domain of action, will and functional fact determining the degrees of responsibility for natural and legal persons.
