Infringement of the right to personal integrity of montubias women, Quevedo, Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the violation of the right to personal integrity in montubias women, Quevedo, Ecuador. The research was developed from the positivist paradigm and from the quantitative perspective, through the search, collection and critical documentary analysis, bibliographic referential, in this sense, from a bibliographic design of documentary type, the researchers conducted a research process where the study population is based basically on written documents such as refereed works, rules and sentences. The analytical-synthetic aspect was based on mentally decomposing the system under study. The inductive-deductive method was also used. It is concluded that the violation of the right to personal integrity of montubio women in Ecuador is an alarming reality that evidences the persistence of social and cultural structures that perpetuate discrimination and gender violence in marginalized communities. It is essential to recognize the intersectionality of these issues and address them.
