Infringement of rights to nature due to lack of municipal jurisdiction, Cantón Quinsaloma, Ecuador

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the violation of rights to nature due to non-observance of municipal jurisdiction, Canton Quinsaloma, Ecuador. The present research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. It is concluded that, the lack of control, management and treatment by the GAD of Quinsaloma, Province of Los Ríos, makes it necessary to urgently create the administrative normative act that establishes the rules related to environmental impact, its planning, treatment and sanction against the misconduct by the inhabitants and legal persons that outrage and attempt against the rights of good living by executing environmental pollution.
