Free human mobility and public policies for the protection of foreigners from the Ecuadorian constitutional law

Abstract

This scientific article seeks to determine the degree to which the law guarantees the rights of the person in condition of mobility, called immigrant, within the Ecuadorian State. The research is of documentary descriptive type, documentary analysis was carried out, information was explored and analyzed in previous researches, texts among others. It is considered as a current problem that deserves an effective analysis, allowing to evidence the shortcomings of the law and the regression of the rights necessary for a true social justice. Human mobility is considered a right and for it to be guaranteed it is necessary to have legal mechanisms that allow it, promoting the free exercise of equality as a fundamental right. Thus, an analysis of the realities of people in a state of mobility was carried out, in which social problems are evidenced. It is recommended that regulations be strengthened to safeguard the rights of this group of people.
