Ciberacoso en adolescentes en el contexto del uso de redes sociales

El ciberacoso representa un riesgo para el equilibrio psicológico y social de los adolescentes. El objetivo es analizar la prevalencia, determinantes psicosociales y secuelas del ciberacoso en adolescentes en redes sociales. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de investigaciones entre 2020 y 2025 con la metodología PRISMA. El análisis establece que los adolescentes agredidos presentan síntomas de ansiedad, episodios depresivos, baja autoestima, aislamiento social y pensamientos suicidas. Los agresores tienen rasgos de impulsividad, baja tolerancia a la frustración y déficit en el control de emociones. Entre los factores de riesgo están la presión entre pares, el anonimato en línea, la insuficiente supervisión parental y los discursos culturales. En consecuencia, el ciberacoso es un fenómeno complejo y persistente que demanda intervención integral de las familias, las instituciones educativas, la comunidad, los proveedores de servicios digitales; así como la implementación de políticas públicas específicas que atiendan la prevención y el tratamiento del fenómeno.
