Caracterización clínica y epidemiológica de pacientes con covid-19

Resumen

Objetivo: Realizar una caracterización clínica y epidemiológica de pacientes con COVID-19. Método: Descriptivo observacional. Resultados: La prevalencia de casos confirmados mostró una disminución notable desde el 41,65% en 2020 hasta el 16,58% en 2022, sugiriendo una serie de factores que pudieron influir en esta reducción. Conclusión: En total, se presentaron 5653 pacientes durante los tres años, de los cuales el 29,54% fueron casos confirmados de COVID-19, de los 5712 pacientes que acudieron a la unidad de salud pública, fallecieron 874, lo que representa un 15,46% del total de la población estudiada.
