Técnicas quirúrgicas en el hematoma subdural crónico

Objetivo: analizar las técnicas quirúrgicas en el hematoma subdural crónico. Método: Descriptiva documental. Conclusión: Se determinó que la craneostomía de Burr hole era superior al resto de técnicas por un sinnúmero de factores, como es evitar la acumulación de aire subdural al reemplazarlo con solución salina a partir de dos drenajes aplicados durante la cirugía, del mismo modo durante esta técnica el uso de dos agujeros de trepanación sumado a la irrigación y un drenaje de succión, es efectivo y evita la aparición repentina de la enfermedad, además de tener tasas bajas de recurrencia, mortalidad y morbilidad en relación con los demás métodos.
