Directive management and quality of learning in elementary education students

Today more than ever, the development and progress of a country is determined by quality education, where management is fundamental to create an environment conducive to student learning. Considering this premise, this article is developed with the purpose of describing how the competencies and management of school leaders have an impact on the quality of the learning process that follows the basic education student. This article is the result of a bibliographic documentary research. As a corollary, it can be pointed out that the quality of learning is a multidimensional process that requires the collaboration of all the actors involved, and where the synergy between effective management and the quality of learning is vital, especially for the integral development of students in basic education.
