Participative leadership of teacher on the remote education

Educational leadership plays a fundamental role in achieving quality education. Therefore, the aim of this article was to analyze the level of participatory leadership in teachers during remote education. The research was non-experimental, presenting evidence in a descriptive way and was conducted through a systematic review of documents using the PRISMA 2020 method. Little information was found on the level of participatory leadership, since most of it was focused on managerial leadership; however, it was shown, through various scientific articles, that the pandemic and the change from traditional education to remote education have generated a high level in some characteristics or qualities of a participatory teacher leader. For this reason, it is considered that there are teachers who manifest a participatory leadership behavior at a moderate level during remote education, in spite of the challenges it entails.
