Responsibility of the Ecuadorian State in cases of enforced disappearance and violation of human rights

Enforced disappearance violates human rights, the State must protect because it is considered as fundamental and universal rights. Being the objective the implementation of a control protocol to give efficiency in the investigations and search for people, ideally guaranteeing the right to life, legal security, justice and knowledge of the truth. The research was non-experimental, descriptive with a bibliographic document design. It was found that there is inefficiency in processes carried out by the Ecuadorian State in these cases, which generates disagreement and social problems, which deserves an immediate solution so that the cases do not go unpunished. So the implementation of a protocol is important to improve the investigative system of justice and truth, guaranteeing life and freedom according to art. 45, 66, and 89 Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador
