Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the constitutional right to inclusion of people with mobility impairments. This research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, which originates from data collection. Supported by the documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The survey technique used to collect information; the questionnaire was applied to 106 people. With the help of the technological tool Google forms. It is concluded that people who have been displaced have the right to receive protection and emergency humanitarian assistance from the authorities, that they are ensured access to food, shelter, housing, medical and health services; the state must ensure the rights of people in a situation of mobility and exercise the steering role of migration policy through the competent body
