Abstract

The general objective of the research was to legally analyze the educational software to train traders on the right to public order, Ibarra, Ecuador. The present research used the quantitative method which produces descriptive data, originating from data collection. It was supported by a documentary-bibliographic review. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was applied. The analytical-synthetic method was also used. The survey technique was used, a questionnaire was elaborated for a sample of 40 people, including traders and buyers belonging to the "Amazonas" Market, residents of the city of Ibarra. It is concluded that citizens in general are aware of the right to public order, but do not apply it in everyday life because they are unaware of the legal implications and the economic and social complications of not putting it into practice.
