The principle of taxation in the offence of cattle rustling and its impact on judicial proceedings

The general objective of the research was to carry out a legal analysis of the principle of taxation in the crime of cattle rustling and its repercussions on judicial processes. The method used in the research was based on the qualitative approach, supported by the documentary-bibliographic typology. The research technique used was the interview. It is concluded that the taxation of cattle rustling is not completely clear and specific, and that a constitutional control should be carried out in order to determine that there is a greater variety of fauna and that it should be included in the typification, so that there will be no further violation of the right to property that all Ecuadorian citizens have acquired since the consolidation of a free and democratic state.
